Yulieth – Waitress & Bartender

We are thrilled to welcome Yulieth Rueda to our team for the 2026 season.

Yulieth, who was born in Colombia in 1995, initially spent time volunteering with people with disabilities in her home country. She was also self-employed in sales, but since moving to Germany her career in the restaurant business has taken off.

Although Yulieth has only been living in Germany for seven years, she already has an impressive resume. In 2022, she completed her training as a restaurant professional at the historic «Pulverturm» restaurant in Dresden and, stright afterwards, was hired as a chef de rang at the luxury restaurant «Siebzehn84», located within the «Relais & Château Landhaus Stricker» on the island of Sylt in Germany.

In 2025, she spent nine months working as a Chef de Rang in the German-Luxembourg Pavillion at Expo 2025 in Osaka, Japan.

Hobbies: her cat AMARILLO, solving puzzles, dancing and snorkelling
