About us
Following a major renovation of the old and well-known “Taverna on the Rock” in the village of Kaminaki, BLUE WAVE Restaurant - Lounge - Bar opened in the summer of 2025 with a brand new concept.
In its very first season, BLUE WAVE received incredibly high ratings (Google Maps). This is likely because we’re a small team and we want to stay that way (to find out more about us > Team 2026). At our restaurant, guests aren’t served by one-season-only staff, but by our returning team: Ioannis, Kristyna, Jan, and Yulieth. Isn’t it lovely to see familiar faces, especially in a restaurant, so that you immediately feel at home?
Even if it’s your first visit, it’s worth it just for the unbeatable view of the Ionian Sea – stretching, at night, to the illuminated city of Corfu across the bay. Plus, it’s quite possible that you’ll enjoy the best cocktail on the entire island at BLUE WAVE.
