Jan – Waiter & Assistant Chef

We are thrilled to welcome Jan Novotny to the Blue Wave team for the 2026 season.

Jan was born in 2003 in the Czech Republic and graduated from high school with a degree in securities law.

At a very young age he decided to stand on his own two feet, taking on the role of manager at a well-known regional gym after graduating from school. Subsequently, and until the end of 2025, he was responsible for customer satisfaction at a large «Lidl store».

Jan has an innate sense of good customer service, making him sensitive to each guest’s needs. He also has an incredibly personable manner and is interested in anything that helps make a company run smoothly.

Hobbies: travel, cooking, good food, and, most of all, his pets – his cat DEXTER, his dog LILY and chickens
